Instructions for Android Users

Minimum OS required: Android 8.0

New Players:

Existing Players:

1. You'll need your Givling password. If you can't remember it, change it in the Givling App under: Settings --> Edit Profile. (Don't forget to save changes.)


2. Delete the old Givling App. Your info is already saved in our database.


3. Other than the Givling website (www.givling.com), close ALL OTHER browser windows.


4. Tap download button:

Troubleshooting:

1. You may have to enable 3rd Party Downloads:


• Open "Settings" application on your device
• Tap "Apps & Notifications"
• Tap 3-Dot Icon (top right of screen)
• Select "Special Access"
• Tap "Install Unknown Apps"
• Enable permission for Givling


2. If nothing happens, or you're redirected somewhere other than Givling website, tap the 3-Dot Menu (top of browser window) and select "Use Desktop Version" or "Open In Chrome"


3. Adjust typeface or zoom level on device if necessary.
